TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Our goal is to collect and use information to deliver effective and personalized services which take your interests and preferences into account, as well as for our legitimate business needs and interests. There are two main types of information we collect about our online users: (i) certain non-personal technical and other information and (ii) certain personally identifiable information.
Non-Registered Website Visitors – In general, these users navigate to YouCallMD anonymously and no personally identifiable information is collected. However, certain social media “plug-ins” are associated with, and sometimes provide us access to, your basic information.
Registered Users – If you become a registered user of YouCallMD, you will provide us with certain registration-related information including, but not limited to, full name, address, office, home and mobile phone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail address and contact preferences.
Depending on how you use YouCallMD, we may collect the following additional personally identifiable additional information and data: (i) information about your use of YouCallMD features; (ii) customer service information; and (iii) information that you publicly post on YouCallMD message boards or blogs, as applicable.
All Users – YouCallMD collects various types of information automatically and passively through log files, cookies and the other tools including, but not limited to, your internet protocol address, type of browser or operating system you are using, the identity of your Internet service provider, new and repeat visit information and data relating to malfunctions or problems occurring when you use or access YouCallMD.
Discretionary Contact With Us – YouCallMD provides information on how to contact us electronically through email. If you make such contact, you will be providing us with your name and contact information, such as email address and phone number, and any information you choose to include in the body of your message.
HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION
We collect your information when you use our online services in three main ways: (i) directly from you, when you provide it to us: for example, when you request products or services from us, when you register with us, respond to surveys, contact us or otherwise interact with us; (ii) automatically, when you use our online services; and (iii) from third parties including social media networks, from publicly available records and from our trusted business partners.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use information to: (i) provide the services you have requested; (ii) create an online services account if you have requested one; (iii) personalize the services offered by us; (iv) respond to your inquiries, requests, and comments; (v) allow you to participate in the interactive features of our online services, where you choose to do so; (vi) provide technical support for the online services; (vii) prevent fraud or illegal activities on the online services; (viii) protect the safety of users and others on the online services; (ix) enforce our online services’ terms of service; (x) understand how online services are used so that we can continuously improve them, and the services we provide to you; and (xi) send you service-related communications, including announcements and administrative messages.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We share some information with trusted third parties including, but not limited to, service providers or business partners that we have retained to perform certain business-related functions on our behalf such as for hosting websites, fulfilling transactions, maintaining databases, providing technology services and platforms, and processing payments. These parties are provided only with the personal information or other information they need to perform their functions and can only use and disclose that information as is necessary to perform the services on our behalf, or to comply with legal requirements. We take steps to ensure that third-party service providers will take appropriate steps to protect your personal information.
In addition, we may disclose your personal information to law enforcement agencies, government/regulatory bodies, and content protection organizations to: (i) protect our legal rights, privacy or safety; (ii) Protect the safety and security of visitors to our online services; (iii) protect against fraud or other illegal activity or for risk management purposes; (iv) respond to inquiries or requests from government, regulatory, law enforcement or public authorities; (v) permit us to pursue available remedies, commence, participate in, or defend litigation, or limit the damages that we may sustain; (vi) comply with the law including with subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, and other legal process; or (vii) enforce applicable terms of service.
We reserve the right to transfer your usage information and personal information in the event we sell or transfer all or a part of our business or assets so that the buyer can continue to offer you the online services. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with reasonable notice of such transfer, or as otherwise required by law.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We maintain procedural, technical and physical safeguards for our online services to help protect against loss, misuse or unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the personal information you provide on our online services. We also ask the service providers that help us deliver our online services to so the same. Unfortunately, no transmission of data is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties not under our control to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. Therefore, any transmission of personal information to us is made at your own risk. If you believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure for any reason, please notify us using the contact details below.
It is important that you protect and maintain the security of your account and that you notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of any YouCallMD account. Do not disclose your password to anyone.
OPTING OUT AND DELETING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will strive to maintain the privacy of information that may be collected from you. However, if our collection of information is unsatisfactory, you may opt out of our collection of your information by ceasing use of our website and by uninstalling the Mobile App. You can also e-mail us if you have any questions about our collection of information. Once you are no longer a customer or user, your account information will be permanently deleted.

Type of information How is it used?
Unique Device Identifier A unique device identifier is a number automatically assigned to the device you use to access the online services. We may associate the device identifier with other information and will treat the combined information as personally identifiable information in accordance with this policy for as long as it is combined.
When you use the Mobile App or view content on our websites we may automatically collect and store certain information in server logs including but not limited to internet protocol addresses, device information, internet service provider, clickstream data, browser type and language, viewed and exit pages and date or time stamps. We may use log information as specifically indicated in the Mobile App, as well as to assess the performance of our Mobile App or other online services, prevent fraud, provide technical support and/or respond to your needs. We may also use this information to personalize the services offered by us or our affiliates, including providing personalized advertising on some Mobile Apps.
Unique Mobile App numbers
When you install or uninstall a Mobile App containing a unique Mobile App number, or when such a service searches for automatic updates, that number and information about your installation, for example, the type of operating system, may be sent to us. We may use the Unique Mobile App numbers as specifically indicated in the Mobile App, as well as to assess the performance of our Mobile App or other online services, prevent fraud, provide technical support, conduct research, generate analytics, to address internal online services operations, and/or respond to your needs. We may also use this information to personalize the services offered by us or our affiliates, including providing personalized advertising on some Mobile Apps. Information you submit through the Mobile App When you register with us and use a Mobile App, you may provide (i) your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information; (ii) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use Mobile Apps from us; (iii) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (iv) credit card information for purchase and use of the Mobile App; and (v) information you enter into our system when using the Mobile App, such as contact information. We may also use the information you provided us, in accordance with applicable laws, to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information and required notices. Information we may collect through the Mobile App Subject to the functionality of the Mobile App, we may also collect additional information through your use of a Mobile App including (i) your mobile phone number, (ii) any name you might have assigned to your device; (iii) web browsing history; (iv) information concerning other apps you have downloaded or used; (v) other stored information on your device. We may use information collected through the Mobile App as specifically indicated in the Mobile App, as well as to assess the performance of our Mobile App or other online services, prevent fraud, provide technical support, conduct research, generate analytics, to address internal online services operations, and/or respond to your needs. We may also use this information to personalize the services offered by us.
HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may opt out of processing of personal information on Mobile Apps by uninstalling the Mobile App. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the Mobile App marketplace or network.
